Two trucks are stuck in the center lanes of westbound 94 at Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis. Traffic crams at Riverside Avenue.

Two trucks are stuck in the center lanes of westbound 94 at Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis. Traffic crams at Riverside Avenue.

On the other end of downtown, a semi is stuck in the right lane of eastbound 94 at Olson Hwy. Look for tight conditions up to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Eastbound Crosstown is inching along from Tracy Avenue to 35W. That could be 20 to 25 minutes at that pace.
