Drivers in the north metro are experiencing dry or damp roads and a fairly routine commute. That's not the case in the south metro.

I-35 through Lakeville, 210th St. up to 162nd St is pretty packed and things slow down again from County Road 42 to the Minnesota River bridge. Plan on a good 20 minutes to make that trip.

On westbound 494, crashes at Dodd Road and Hwy. 110 have traffic creeping along from Hardman Avenue over to Hwy. 5. Ahead, 494 is clogged from 24th Avenue to Hwy. 100. Plan on 30 minutes from Hwy. 61 to 35W.

A traffic jam has developed on eastbound Hwy. 13 at County Road 5. A crash is blocking the left lane.
