A new crash on the right shoulder of eastbound 394 at Dunwoody Blvd. has traffic stacked up starting at Wirth Pkwy.

Apparently that piece of junk in the lanes of eastbound 494 at Penn Avenue is a wayward construction cone. Steer clear.
