A crash taking out the left shoulder in which a vehicle is facing the wrong way is part of the reason for delays on westbound 494 at Hardman Avenue in the Newport/South St. Paul area.

Eastbound 694 stacks up at Silver Lake Road due to a wreck ahead near 5th Avenue.
