Traffic now slows at 50th Street on northbound 35W in Minneapolis. A main reason for the slow down is a stalled vehicle blocking the carpool lane ahead at 35th Street.

Southbound Hwy. 169 is heavy, but moving, from 94 down to 394. Plan on 12 minutes for that drive.

The snow and freezing rain are quickly slowing traffic in the east metro. Westbound I-94 is very slow through Woodbury and into St. Paul. Look for the precip to move west into the heart of the metro in the next half hour.
