The south metro routes of northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W have jammed up on the past 20 minutes. From County Road 42 up to the Crosstown is 31 minutes on Cedar Avenue and 21 minutes on 35W.

Westbound 94 is not loosening up at all. It's still 35 minutes or more from the Hudson Bridge to downtown St. Paul.

Eastbound 94 is plugged up from Hwy. 101 to the 494/94 split. That's also the case on southbound 494 from the Fish Lake Interchange down to the Crosstown.

Eastbound 694 also is jammed from Hwy. 169 to Shingle Creek Pkwy. We've got crashes at Brooklyn Blvd. and Shingle Creek.

The usual congestion has traffic slow on southbound 35W and 35E heading down to 694.
