A fresh fender bender on the right shoulder of southbound 35W at Broadway Street isn't tangling traffic yet. But things are building up from Hwy. 280 to downtown Minneapolis.

A fresh fender bender on the right shoulder of southbound 35W at Broadway Street isn't tangling traffic yet. But things are building up from Hwy. 280 to downtown Minneapolis.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is starting to fill in too and that has speeds a tad below the posted.
