Look for a stall on the right shoulder of southbound I-94 under the Plymouth Avenue bridge. From there, it's 8 minutes through the Lowry Hill Tunnel over to I-35W.
Things remain tight on southbound 35E even though a crash at Maryland Avenue has cleared. Plan on 15 minutes from 694 to 94.
