7:20 a.m. update: Crash free on 94

A slight improvement for drivers on westbound 94. All crashes have cleared and speeds are actually picking up to the west of Snelling Avenue. To the east of Snelling, traffic is still trying to catch up, so expect to be stuck in traffic from John Ireland Blvd. to Snelling.

On the other side of St. Paul, it's a slow roll from Century Avenue over to 35E.

In Lakeville, I expected huge headaches for northbound drivers from County Road 2 to County Road 50, but it doesn't seem horrible, yet. There are a few slow spots, but no gridlock.

Up ahead in Burnsville, look for a fender bender at Cliff Road with delays beginning at Burnsville Pkwy.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
