Drivers on Cedar Avenue are waiting up to 45 minutes to get past an eight-vehicle crash at the Minnesota River. Two lanes are blocked and traffic jams begin at 35E. Look for that mess to be in place for quite some time.

Northbound 35W is sluggish, but it is moving much faster.

In the north metro, a crash on southbound 35W at County Road E2 is making the usual slow drive a bit more difficult. Plan on 20 minutes from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280.

The drive on westbound 94 into St. Paul slows a bit near Johnson Pkwy. where there is a fender bender off to the left shoulder. It's heavy from White Bear Avenue into downtown.

Southbound 35E is plugged up from County Road J to 694. That's about 25 minutes.
