In Roseville, it's slow going on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E to 35W.
Traffic is building on northbound 169 from County 18 to 494 in Eden Prairie and west Bloomington. It's also packed on westbound 494 from Cedar Av. to Hwy. 100.
