The drive into downtown St. Paul is definitely the toughest this morning. Add extra time if you're heading into the capitol city.
You'll find congestion on 94 westbound from White Bear Avenue to downtown, 35E northbound from Victoria Av. and 35E southbound from Roselawn Av.
In Roseville, it's slow going on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E to 35W.
Traffic is building on northbound 169 from County 18 to 494 in Eden Prairie and west Bloomington. It's also packed on westbound 494 from Cedar Av. to Hwy. 100.
