7:15 a.m. update: Stacking up on 94 in St. Paul

A crash on westbound 94 at County Road 19 in Woodbury is just the warm up for what is ahead. From White Bear Avenue into downtown St. Paul, things are tight and speeds well below the posted. Up ahead, things are jammed from Hamline Avenue to Cretin where we have an accident taking out the right shoulder.
