7:15 a.m. update: Lanes reopen on 35W in Bloomington

All lanes are back open on northbound 35W at 98th Street where a crash had blocked the left lanes for about 10 minutes.

All lanes are back open on northbound 35W at 98th Street where a crash had blocked the left lanes for about 10 minutes.

The backup extends back to Hwy. 13, so this will take a bit for things to recover. Cedar Avenue is moving much better if you are in a hurry.
