With a crash at County Road E2 and a stall at County Road C, the trip on southbound 35W from Lexington Avenue to Hwy. 280 is now at 16 minutes. Traffic picks up the pace from Industrial Blvd. to downtown Minneapolis.
Eastbound 94 has pockets of slow and go traffic from 101st Avenue to the Fish Lake Split. Southbound 494 is tight from the split past a broken down semi at Fish Lake Road.
