7:15 a.m. update: Crash at Lowry Hill Tunnel cleared

All lanes on westbound 94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel are back in service. A crash had taken out the right lane for about 15 minutes, long enough to back traffic up to Portland Avenue.

All lanes on westbound 94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel are back in service. A crash had taken out the right lane for about 15 minutes, long enough to back traffic up to Portland Avenue.

Things are still sluggish from Portland over to 394.
