In St. Louis Park, a stalled vehicle was just pushed over to the right shoulder on southbound Hwy. 100 at Minnetonka Blvd. Look for the line up to form at Glenwood Avenue.
Northbound Hwy. 100 loses steam from Excelsior Blvd. up to 27th Street.
