A fender bender taking out the left lane prior to County Road 96 has traffic stacked up to County Road H2 in White Bear Lake.

Ahead, things are tight from Roselawn Avenue to I-94. The trip from County 96 to downtown St. Paul will take 13 to 15 minutes.
