7:10 a.m. update: Vehicle rolls over on Cedar Avenue ramp in Mpls.

All the activity on Cedar Avenue at I-94 is due to a vehicle that went over the freeway embankment and rolled over. The lone vehicle landed near the ramp to eastbound 94.

All the activity on Cedar Avenue at I-94 is due to a vehicle that went over the freeway embankment and rolled over. The lone vehicle landed near the ramp to eastbound 94.

And the mess on southbound 35W at 694 is due to a crash blocking the left lane. Plan on crammed conditions back to Hwy. 10.
