All lanes of westbound 94 are open at Hwy. 52 now that a four-car crash has been moved off to the right side. That has traffic bunched up as far back as White Bear Avenue, so plan extra time making it into downtown St. Paul.
In the south metro, a fender bender on northbound 35W at Cliff Road has traffic jammed from County Road 42 up to Black Dog Road.
