7:10 a.m. update: Delays on Hwy. 61

Widespread power outages in the Twin Cities has traffic lights out in many areas. On Hwy. 61, lights are out from Carver Avenue up to Lower Afton Road. That is leading to unusual delays.

Widespread power outages in the Twin Cities has traffic lights out in many areas. On Hwy. 61, lights are out from Carver Avenue up to Lower Afton Road. That is leading to unusual delays.

Lights also are out on Hwy. 169 at 109th Avenue in Champlin. Traffic heading south is delayed.

Motorists are struggling through Medina due to traffic lights out at Pinto Drive and Sioux Dr. in the Medina area.

It's debris that is blocking the left lane on westbound I-494 at Hwy. 169 in Eden Prairie.
