7:10 a.m. update: A stall on Hwy. 36

A disabled vehicle on the right shoulder of westbound Hwy. 36 is just enough to cause a slow down that extends back to 35E. Plan on 10 minutes to reach 35W.

A disabled vehicle on the right shoulder of westbound Hwy. 36 is just enough to cause a slow down that extends back to 35E. Plan on 10 minutes to reach 35W.

On southbound 35E, a stall at Hwy. 36 is adding to the tight conditions from Little Canada Road to University Avenue. Up in White Bear Lake, drivers will notice the squeeze from County Road J to County 96.

Our earlier crashes on northbound 35W at Hwy. 13 and Hwy. 169 at Brooklyn Blvd. in Brooklyn Park have cleared.

Right now, the biggest nemesis is the rain that is hitting portions of the metro area.
