7:05 a.m. update: Just minor crowding

Drivers on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul will notice their fellow commuters heading to work, and that is leading so minor slow downs. That is only adding a few extra minutes.

Drivers on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul will notice their fellow commuters heading to work, and that is leading so minor slow downs. That is only adding a few extra minutes.

Westbound 94 drivers will notice a squeeze from Ruth Street to 35E, but nothing that will set them back more than a minute or so.

Further to the east, all westbound lanes of Wisconsin Hwy. 29 at I-94 are closed to allow for a medical helicopter to land. There is a crash at the Colfax/Green Bay exit on I-94, the Wisconsin State Patrol said.
