The quiet rush hour has been interrupted by a crash on northbound 35W at Cliff Road in Burnsville. A vehicle is sitting sideways on the right shoulder. Look for delays kicking in at Hwy. 13.

The quiet rush hour has been interrupted by a crash on northbound 35W at Cliff Road in Burnsville. A vehicle is sitting sideways on the right shoulder. Look for delays kicking in at Hwy. 13.

In Brooklyn Park, a spinout and crash is blocking the ramp from southbound Hwy. 169 to Brooklyn Blvd. Lots of flashing lights in the intersection. Authorities are shutting down the ramp.

Commuters heading into St. Paul will encounter a stall blocking the left lane at White Bear Avenue on westbound 94. Traffic is sluggish from McKnight Road.
