A wreck on eastbound 94 at 3rd Avenue has cleared, but the damage is still in place as traffic is backed up to 7th Street on the north end of the tunnel.
On southbound 35W, the wreck on the ramp to westbound 94 came and went quickly. Look for some minor congestion through the downtown commons.
It's busy on westbound 94 coming into St. Paul. Plan on tapping the brakes from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul. That is about 12 minutes.
Westbound Hwy. 36 has filled in from 35E to 35W. That is 13 minutes.
Southbound 35W is about 25 minutes from Lake Drive down to Hwy. 280.
