Another stall on the system. This one is at County Road 11 and Hwy. 212 in Chaska.

Southbound 494 is starting to clear out now that a disabled vehicle has been towed away. Traffic is tight from 694/94 past the scene at 49th Avenue.

In St. Paul, look for increasing congestion on westbound 94 from White Bear Avenue to 7th Street. It's the typical slow downs for this time of the morning.
