Traffic is at a standstill on southbound 94 at Olson Hwy. where semitrailer trucks can not get up the hill. One is blocking both lanes.

Traffic is at a standstill on southbound 94 at Olson Hwy. where semitrailer trucks can not get up the hill. One is blocking both lanes.

On westbound 694, a semi is having trouble getting up the icy incline near Silver Lake Road. Traffic is getting by on the left lane and shoulder.
