A traffic stop on the right shoulder of westbound 694 at University Avenue is contributing to slow downs developing from Central Avenue to Hwy. 252. Eastbound also is getting heavy. It's still a manageable drive through that area, but be prepared to tap the brakes.
Westbound Hwy. 36 is bunching up from Dale Street to 35W. Plan on 7 minutes there.
Eastbound 94 is now running at 17 minutes from Hwy. 101 to the Fish Lake interchange in Maple Grove.
The usual sluggish conditions are developing on westbound 94 from Ruth Street to 35E and on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to Pennsylvania Avenue.
