A crash reported to be of the rollover variety has the left lane of northbound Hwy. 169 blocked between Valley View Road and the Crosstown.

The parking lot there is also impacting the drive further to the south. Traffic creeps along from Hwy. 101 up to 494. Plan on up to 20 minutes from Canterbury Road up to 494.
