A center-lane blocking crash on westbound 94 in downtown Minneapolis at Portland Avenue has traffic at a standstill at Hiawatha Avenue, and slow downs beginning at Cedar Avenue.

In Fridley, westbound 694 is hampered by road construction and a wreck between Central and University avenues. Traffic comes to a crawl at Silver Lake Road.
