6:50 a.m. update: Debris on 394

A couple of vehicles are off to the right shoulder on eastbound 394 at Plymouth Road. Apparently they hit some debris. One vehicle has a flat tire, so look for activity there.

A couple of vehicles are off to the right shoulder on eastbound 394 at Plymouth Road. Apparently they hit some debris. One vehicle has a flat tire, so look for activity there.

Ahead, it's a nice drive into downtown Minneapolis with the usual ramp jam forming at the I-94 exits.
