Traffic is coming to a big slow down on southbound 35E in the area of County Road J in the White Bear Lake area. Ahead, plan on a 10-minute drive from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul.
On southbound 35W, traffic is heavy duty from 95th Avenue down to 694. Plan on 16 minutes from 95th down to Hwy. 280.
On westbound Hwy. 36, plan on 10 minutes from Edgerton Street over to Hwy. 280.
Look for some minor congestion on northbound 35W approaching I-494.
