Commuters who normally use Wabasha Street to get into downtown St. Paul will need to head over to Robert Street or use the High Bridge to cross the Mississippi River.

Commuters who normally use Wabasha Street to get into downtown St. Paul will need to head over to Robert Street or use the High Bridge to cross the Mississippi River.

Wabasha Street at Cesar Chavez Street is closed off to traffic due to police activity in the area.
