A series of new crashes: Right lane is blocked on Hwy. 7 EB; a lane is blocked on I-35E SB at I-35E CD SB; left shoulder is blocked on I-494 WB at I-394 EB, and the right shoulder is blocked on Hwy. 36 WB at I-694 EB.
