6:45 a.m. update: Rollover cleared on I-35E in Hugo

The rollover crash on southbound I-35E at 80th Street is finally gone and all lanes are back open. The backup extended back to Hwy. 97 north of the Forest Lake Split, so expect delays to persist for the next few minutes.

The rollover crash on southbound I-35E at 80th Street is finally gone and all lanes are back open. The backup extended back to Hwy. 97 north of the Forest Lake Split, so expect delays to persist for the next few minutes.

Ahead, traffic remains tight all the way down to County Road 96 and then rejams at Maryland Avenue. From the Forest Lake Split to downtown St. Paul is at 31 minutes.

Elsewhere the nightmare continues for eastbound Hwy. 10 between 35W and 694. Only the right lane is open as authorities work to clear three separate crashes.

That's adding to the traffic levels on southbound 35W. It's jam packed from Lake Drive down to 694. It's 32 minutes from Lexington Avenue to downtown Minneapolis.
