6:45 a.m. update: Fender bender on 94 near Lowry Tunnel

Traffic is knotting up at 7th Street on southbound 94. Looks like a fender bender is in the left lane.

Traffic is knotting up at 7th Street on southbound 94. Looks like a fender bender is in the left lane.

On eastbound 94, all lanes at the tunnel are open. A MnDOT first unit has picked up the tire that has been blocking the left lane.

In Minnetonka, a stalled vehicle is blocking the ramp from westbound 394 to the I-494 exits. The ramp is closed.
