Traffic is creeping along on westbound 494 through Bloomington due largely in part to a crash that's blocking a lane at Nicollet Avenue.

In Oakdale, a Highway Helper crew member is picking up tire treads that are blocking the left lane on northbound 694 at 40th Street.
