Drivers on northbound Cedar Avenue have plenty of company. Plan on a 20-minute drive from County Road 38 to 494.
On 494, look for a spinout on westbound 494 at East Bush Lake Road. A van is sitting in the center median. Right now it's only 10 minutes in both directions from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.
The usual congestion is in place on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280. That is 22 minutes.
On southbound 35E, it's 21 minutes from Ash Street to 94.
Westbound 94 is 13 minutes from Manning Avenue to Hwy. 52 in St. Paul.
