Traffic is quickly stacking up on southbound I-35E and westbound 694 as a crash in the left-center lane where the freeways run together in Little Canada.
No word on whether the dog that had been loose on southbound 35E was caught or left the road, but expect some slowing from Roselawn Avenue to downtown St. Paul.
