A stalled vehicle is taking out a lane on southbound 35W at County Road H in Mounds View, and on that busy route one less lane means big backups. The lineup forms Lexington Avenue.
A stall on the westbound Crosstown at Hwy. 100 just cleared, but it's very sluggish from Penn Avenue over to Hwy. 100.
Look for traffic to knot up in south Minneapolis. A stall has the right lane partially blocked on northbound 35W at 35th Street.
Two spinouts have been reported in the area of northbound 35E at Lone Oak Road and at 494. Definitely be aware of black ice.
We've also got a crash on the Stillwater Lift Bridge, so plan on delays heading into Stillwater from Wisconsin.
