Two incidents are slowing traffic in the south metro.

A stalled vehicle is blocking a lane on westbound 494 at 12th Avenue in Bloomington.

A traffic jam is building on northbound 35W due to a vehicle blocking the center lane north of 106th Street.

The wreck on northbound Hwy. 61 at Warner Road in St. Paul has cleared.
