6:40 a.m. update: Heavy traffic on 94 in St. Paul, rollover in Woodbury

Accidents on westbound 94 at 7th Street and Mounds Blvd. in St. Paul have cleared. That might help traffic pick up the pace. It's stacked up back to McKnight Road, so expect a very slow roll into the Capital city.

Metro Transit is using buses to substitute for the northbound run of the Northstar Commuter train. The bus left Target Field at 6:13 a.m.

A frozen switch in Big Lake led to delays for the first two inbound runs. Delays reported 10 to 20 minutes, Metro Transit said.
