6:35 a.m. update: Crash on Hwy. 36 at 35W

A fender bender is blocking the right lane on westbound Hwy. 36 just before the intersection with southbound 35W. Traffic begins to slow at Lexington Avenue.

A fender bender is blocking the right on westbound Hwy. 36 just before the intersection with southbound 35W. Traffic begins to slow at Lexington Avenue.

The driver who was changing a tire on westbound 494 at 24th Avenue has succeeded and has moved on. No delays on 494 in either direction between Hwy. 100 and Hwy. 5.

A stalled vehicle on westbound 94 at Manning Avenue has cleared. The drive from Manning to downtown St. Paul is about 10 to 12 minutes.

Northbound 35W and Cedar Avenue are nice and clear, running at 10 minutes from County 42 to the Crosstown.

Crosstown is moving swiftly in both directions between Cedar Avenue and Hwy. 169.
