For the second time this morning, authorities are responding to a crash in downtown Minneapolis.

For the second time this morning, authorities are responding to a crash in downtown Minneapolis.

This one is under the Franklin Avenue bridge on the downtown exits that split off from northbound 35W. That officially is Hwy. 65.

Earlier a mishap occurred on northbound 35W in the curve near Portland Avenue. That crash cleared about 30 minutes ago.
