Our first snarl of the morning is on westbound Hwy. 36 at Snelling Avenue. That's where there is a stalled vehicle off to the right shoulder. Delays begin at Lexington.
Look for a bit of slowing on Central Avenue from Hennepin Avenue into downtown Minneapolis.
We do have a few slick spots out there. A vehicle slipped off the ramp from southbound 35 to southbound 35W up in Forest Lake.
