Two lanes on westbound 694 at Hwy. 252 are now open, but traffic is an absolute nightmare in the area. The backup now extends back to Silver Lake Road.
In downtown Minneapolis, the intersection of Hennepin and Washington Avenues remains closed, but the Hennepin Avenue Bridge is open. Detours will take you around the area via side streets.
