The State Patrol had to intervene in this domestic that played out on the bottom of the ramp from eastbound 94 to Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis.
The new traffic switch on Hwy. 100 is in place between Cedar Lake Road and W. 36th Street. The highway is down to two lanes in each direction. So far, not too bad, but traffic levels are starting to increase.
