MnDOT has picked up the cones and "Road Closed" signs on France Avenue so the ramp to eastbound 494 is open as are all lanes in the area.
Traffic is just beginning to build on southbound 35W from County Road 10 to 694. It's a trip you can make in 5 minutes.
A crash is blocking the left shoulder on northbound 35W at Crystal Lake Road in Burnsville. No major delays yet.
