In South St. Paul, look out for a crash blocking a lane on eastbound 494 at Robert Street. Two lanes are blocked.
A stalled vehicle is blocking the ramp from Little Canada Road to southbound 35E.
In St. Louis Park, the stalled vehicle that had been blocking on northbound Hwy. 100 at Minnetonka Blvd. has been moved out of the way. All lanes are back open.
