6:20 a.m. update: Spinout on I-94 in Minneapolis

The heavy rain has made roads a tad slippery so use caution, especially under bridge decks and where water tends to collect. Some flooding has been reported.

That might have been the reason for a spinout on eastbound 94 at the Plymouth Avenue bridge. A vehicle is next to the median wall and facing the wrong direction.

Look for very slow conditions on southbound 35W and westbound Hwy. 36. Authorities are dealing with a rollover on 35W in the Hwy. 280 commons.

We've also got a ramp closure from northbound 35W to westbound 494 due to a car fire.

Also crashes on southbound 494 at Fish Lake Blvd. in Maple Grove. A busy start to the rush.
