Ramps are slick this morning as witnessed by three separate spin outs on the ramp from northbound Hwy. 52 to eastbound 494.

For the second time this morning, the State Patrol is on the scene of a spin out on the ramp from Hwy. 169 to eastbound 94 in Brooklyn Park.
